Description
Açaí is a little bitty berry with a deep purple color. It is similar in shape to a blueberry and has a large inner seed. Açaí tastes like luscious wild berries kissed with chocolate.

Brazilian Uses
Açaí has long been a staple for the people of the Amazon and has recently become popular around the globe. People in cities such as Rio, drink or eat it everyday mixed as a juice, a smoothie, or eaten frozen in a bowl.
